BAYSEAL™ is a rigid, closed-cell plastic created by a combination of two liquid components, which react in seconds and can be walked on in minutes, not hours. The roof system insulates and creates a lightweight, seamless, waterproof blanket over the substrate.
The light-weight foam system offers high compressive strengths, smooth aesthetics and a broad application temperature window. It seals cracks, crevices and holes while insulating deck from extreme temperatures.
The foam prevents mold growth and is energy-efficient. The R-value for all BAYSEAL™ foams is between 6.2 and 6.4 per inch.
BAYSEAL™ can also be used for tank insulation and agricultural applications.
